Residential Title Insurance Sales Professional

We are the leading title insurance agency in Bloomington, locally owned, and looking for an experienced sales professional to grow our book of business and develop new client relationships.

This is a self-directed role. You will work with real estate agents, real estate investors, mortgage lenders, builders, and attorneys — building trust, demonstrating value, and earning their business through a consultative approach and consistent follow-through. You will work with teammates to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles. You will also be responsible for identifying competitive threats to existing client relationships and responding with a plan.

The right candidate takes the craft of selling seriously. You have a track record of generating new business — not just maintaining accounts — and you can articulate what makes a great salesperson to other experienced professionals and contribute something worth hearing.

What We’re Looking For

• B2B or outside sales experience, preferably in title, real estate, mortgage, or a related field
• Active Indiana title insurance producer license, or the ability to obtain one
• A genuine curiosity about clients’ businesses and a consultative approach to selling
