Caregiver - Part-Time / PRN

Dynasty Haven, a locally owned home care agency, is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join its growing team on a part-time and PRN basis.

Dynasty Haven provides person-centered, non-medical home care that helps older adults and individuals who need additional support remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Caregivers play an important role in providing consistent, respectful care while developing meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on each client’s individualized care plan and may include:

• Companionship and social engagement
• Assistance with activities of daily living and personal care
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and ambulation assistance
• Errands and accompaniment to appointments or activities
• Providing safety supervision and general wellness support
• Documenting completed services and relevant client updates
• Communicating changes or concerns to Dynasty Haven management
• Following client care plans, agency policies, and professional boundaries

Ideal Candidates

Dynasty Haven is seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and respectful. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in clients’ homes while remaining responsive to the needs of clients, families, and the Dynasty Haven care team.

Applicants should have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable transportation
• Reliability and punctuality
• The ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions
• A commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence
• A professional and compassionate approach to caregiving

Previous caregiving experience is welcomed. Relevant home care, senior care, CNA, PCA, homemaker, healthcare, or personal caregiving experience should be included on the résumé.

Scheduling

Part-time and PRN opportunities are available based on current client needs. Scheduling may include daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Opportunities for additional hours may become available as client needs and the agency’s caseload grow.

Compensation & Support

Caregiver positions currently pay $16–$18 per hour, depending on the position and level of care provided.

Dynasty Haven provides onboarding, caregiver education and training, ongoing agency support, and opportunities to serve clients throughout Bloomington and surrounding communities.
