QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, primarily weekends. Weekend availability is a must.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender’s Permit.
- Experience in retail or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid math skills.
- Because of the nature of this position, must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day. You will also need the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds when working on the retail floor.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Annual performance review conducted by Management.
Typical Schedule: Shift availability and length varies, dependent on the season and Hospitality needs. Shift length typically varies between 5-8 hours and the typical schedule will be 10-20 hours per week mostly on weekends (Fri-Sun) until 9pm.
