We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of our agency! This person plays a key role in shaping first impressions and delivering exceptional experiences to every customer who contacts us. The ideal candidate will be skilled at problem-solving, able to handle a high
volume of daily interactions, and comfortable identifying opportunities to educate customers about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the front desk experience and serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and in-person visits
• Quickly identify customer needs and proactively resolve questions, concerns, or problems
• Handle upset or concerned customers with empathy and professionalism, clearly communicating the “why behind the what”
• Manage and follow up on all underwriting memos to ensure timely policy processing
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within agency systems
• Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products (pivots/cross-sell opportunities)
• Support customer retention and satisfaction efforts at every customer touchpoint
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office environment
