Executive Director of Finance and Business Operations
The IU Alumni Association is seeking to hire a key member of our leadership team – our Executive Director of Finance and Business Operations. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate leader with experience in accounting who is ready to make a difference.
This position serves as the chief financial officer of the Indiana University Alumni Association, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation chartered in Indiana. It is a senior-level executive management role responsible for the finance and human resource operations of the IU Alumni Association (IUAA), a legal entity with its own general ledger and accounting operations, as well as oversight of resources held by Indiana University and the IU Foundation.
The successful candidate will be mission-driven, possess advanced ability to interpret financial documents from an accounting, policy, and practice perspective, represent IUAA with external constituents, provide strategic and financial leadership to the organization, and be ready to challenge the status quo in the ever-evolving alumni engagement and fundraising landscape.
