Caregiver Coach:

Job Description: Responsibilities include guiding clients and caregivers through onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting client well-being. Reporting directly to the Administrator in Indiana, the role involves coordinating training, conducting product demonstrations, and facilitating seamless transitions for new customers.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. One year of supervisory experience required. Previous experience providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders preferred. Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.

Major Responsibilities:

  • The care coach collaborates closely with our clients and caregivers at Roo Home Care LLC, providing guidance and product demonstrations throughout their onboarding journey to ensure a seamless and successful experience with our company.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and refine strategies that delight customers and facilitate scalable sales processes.
  • Report directly to the Administrator in Indiana.
  • Take ownership of a "north star goal" for onboarding and supporting potential and existing caregivers.
  • Respond promptly to new leads, follow up with older leads, and verify candidate eligibility using third-party tools.
  • Enhance the onboarding process for Roo Home Care LLC's new customers, starting from initial engagement to successful product integration.
  • Assist in reviewing and tracking incident and accident reports, and participate as necessary in investigations involving clients and employees at our service sites.
  • Coordinate with RN and other coaches to ensure clients and caregivers undergo a smooth training process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding calls to confirm benefits and eligibility, and to establish rapport, educate, and generate enthusiasm about Roo Home Care LLC's products, services, and community.
  • Guarantee compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards, including related training. Document training and compliance in accordance with both company and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the provision of assistance to individuals under our care, promoting their physical, social, and psychological well-being. Ensure that staff interactions uphold the rights of our clients, enhancing their quality of life.
